Big problem on Forums

Hello,

This works great on my posts, but its weirdly displaying after a forum title.

Any way to disable this? I hit edit and selected hiding all ADs on the page, and even went into each forum post and tried to but the option on editing those pages doesnt show up (if I clicked the forum post where the AD is above).

Any help here would be phenomenal.
