No "add-new" button

    I am not wordpress.com hosted. (I know it does not work there).

    However, after updating WordPress I am not able to install a new theme – the button “add-new” just does not exist.

    I already searched a lot – there should be some problems with some php.file.

    But I´m not expert: does someone have any advice?
