Version 1.3.0 broke everything

    Just updated to 1.3.0 and it broke everything related to CPTs on several sites. These were all dev sites so it’s not a huge deal, but hopefully it can be fixed.

    It looks like it messed with the template hierarchy. Taxonomy templates that were loading custom taxonomies and CPT’s resolved to just loading the homepage (index.php).

    It appears to be mostly related to taxonomies. I also noticed on the taxonomy listing page, the “view” link is gone.

    If it’s all related to public taxonomy stuff, 1.3.1 should have a hopeful fixing change in it
