Same domain using subdomain & subdirectory set up

Hi,

would this plugin be able to do the following?

Set up subdirectories for different subdomains (under the same domain, eg mysite.com) using a single install of WordPress?

Example:

http://www.mysite.com
http://www.mysite.com/abc
http://www.mysite.com/xyz

http://aaa.mysite.com
http://aaa.mysite.com/fff
http://aaa.mysite.com/jjj

..and give specific users WP-Admin access to subdirectories:
fff, jjj, abc, xyz?
