Does not consider the admin toolbar on mobile

    The admin toolbar is normally fixed, until you get to a small enough screen width when it is no longer the case. So the toolbar won’t follow as you scroll on mobile. However, the Responsive Menu click button remains positioned as if it does, and thus out of position. How do we solve this?
