Rate one comment -> all comments rated

is use this php code

<?php rw_the_post_rating($postID = false, $class = ‘comment’, $schema = false); ?>

After vote one comment all other comments are rated.
f.e. i rate comment a. after that all comments (b,c,d,e…) are rated
