I’m not that familiar with collations or Arabic. So, to be honest, I haven’t got a clue where to start.
Have you tried googling for MySQL in combination with Arabic characters?

Arabic characters combination with “utf8_general_ci” collation.
I tried to change prediction table to that collation but it didn’t save.

Have you tried installing a debug plugin that tracks all database queries? Maybe that gives some additional information. Could also be a problem in PHP or the webserver of course.

But again, this is not my expertise. So I won’t be able to help much on this.

The plugin is only tested for the latin alphabet.

    Thanks for your help.
I realize that this problem is only on iOS devices. Windows and android are OK with Arabic collation.
