Featured Image Size Issues

I am having a technical issue. Each of my images for the Features on the homepage are the same size. One day one of the images only shows 1/3 of the graphic. I’ve swapped it out with the other two images before and it goes back to normal. The second I upload that image again, it get cut off. Is there a solution here? Thanks!
