Pre-sales question

Hi, could anybody let me know if this booking system can do the following before I purchase please?

Can I set it to show/charge a deposit payment?
Can I remove/hide the ‘no of book items’?
Can I add extra fields to the form?
Can I hide the price/no. available shown on the dates on the calendar?
