Windows Store, wrong country ID

    Hi, thanks for the awesome plugin! 🙂

    The country ID for Microsoft Affliate Program should be 193030 – not 231760

    I have to edit definitions.php during each update of the plugin with the correct country ID, so it would be nice if you could correct this.
