It appears you’re using Jetpack for your comments. I’d guess the problem is probably related to Jetpack. You might check over on the Jetpack support forum to see if the developers and user community there can help:

I have some trouble submitting comments on my site. Once I enter the comment and click “Submit” and it starts loading and then a blank field shows up and the comment does not appear. When I reload the page, there’s no comment submitted. Maybe it has something to do with the single.php in the theme (Hueman). I didn’t have any problems before with this. I tried switching off some plugins to see if they are not compatible with the theme but it still does not work. If someone please can help me, I am ready to send him the single.php code to see what is the problem.
