Problem with the lightbox effect – Customizr Theme

Hello, I am from Germany and am a beginner. I use the Customizr Theme and have a problem with the lightbox effect. When clicking on the images do not appear Ligthtbox.
I also have all plugins disabled. Nevertheless, nothing changes. Also in Galerie.
