Editor function doesn't exist

Hi,

I don’t have the editor function. If I click on “Appearance” I only get “Themes, Customize, Widgets, Menus, Header, Background”. The theme doesn’t matter, I tried all the free ones as well as bought ones (enfold).

I deleted and reinstalled WordPress now twice. There is no editor.

What am I doing wrong? Is there a solution to this?

I prefer not to install any additional plugins, I want to use the default one.
