Theme not displaying correctly

My theme is not displaying correctly on Internet Explorer. However it display correctly on Mozilla Firefox.

I suspect that the photos are what’s making it display incorrectly on Internet Explorer.

Is there a plugin that automatically resizes the photos in relation to the width of my post?
