@vinoth06 Is there a site where users can go to when they need support for your pro plugin?
You see, when someone makes a donation for good will then that’s par for the course. Many plugin and theme authors do that.
But when the donation is in exchange foe something, anything, then that makes it a commercial product. That’s not a donation anymore. Here’s what is pasted when someone looks for that support.
For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site.
As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. As you are their customer I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
If you have a site or want to use your email for that, that is fine. But those topics will get closed with a note.
