  • Hello rebellove,

    Put that review code into your current theme’s header.php file after <head> tag located at wp-content/themes/shapely/ folder.

    Hope this helps you.

    is it applied to another theme ? thanks before … if it is verified by adsense, so i can put that review code on all header.php theme files,isn’t it?

    I am also facing the same issue. I’ve tried the verification code in my theme’s header.php under <head> tag, but it is not working. I don’t know what is the problem. Here is the code I received from google:

    <script async src=”//pagead2.googlesyndication.com/pagead/js/adsbygoogle.js”></script>
    <script>
    (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({
    google_ad_client: “ca-pub-8633069417856466”,
    enable_page_level_ads: true
    });
    </script>

    You’ve given us a hint, but you assume that those of us who don’t manage a website all the time know where to find that and how to get to it. That answer is about as helpful as telling a treasure hunter seeking a map, ‘dig at the big X’…

    How do I get there, where do I access it, is there an option off ‘Customize’ for the theme like there really OUGHT to be? (or seems like it ought to be, and by the way WordPress community and programmers, why is there no access to it there if its associated with each specific theme?) Is it associated with the theme? <shrug>

    …Or do I have to log into my provider, dig through the directory and files that are posted to my domain ‘by hand’, and find said ‘header.php’ file? How do I get there?

    Has anyone figured out how to get it to work yet? I’m having the same issues, and I’ve done everything I can possibly imagine to solve it.. 🙁

    You can use a plugin like Advanced Ads to create and place the review ad code automatically.

    Just install the plugin from ww.wp.xz.cn.

    Go to _Advanced Ads > Settings > AdSense_

    Enter your Publisher-ID

    Enable the “Page-Level Ads” option. The plugin will do the rest.

    @ppisolkar you should rather not share your publisher ID publically (it is in your code).
