Export/Import- error problem

    I am trying to move my blog from

    http://fairburytales.wordpress.com

    to

    http://fairburytales/fairburytales.com

    I did the export thing.

    I did the import thing.

    I get a message, “Are you sure you want to do this? Try again.”

    I looked around and my blog is bigger than 2 mb. So, I opened the file trying to see if there was a way to delete a couple of the giveaway posts etc (those are necessary) and the file says

    The XML page cannot be displayed
    Cannot view XML input using XSL style sheet. Please correct the error and then click the Refresh button, or try again later.

    Is this a common notice when trying to open that file?

    Would I be wasting my time to delete a couple of the giveaways from my current blog to see if I got under 2 mb and that would make it work?

    Odd. I went to find the exact number of my blog size and it’s not bigger than 2 mb. (I thought I saw it say it was 2.16 mb when I downloaded it)

    it says in my folder where it is stored that it is 9184kb

    That’s not quite 1 mb is it?
