    You may have tried to click the link before sending the email.
    The link gets clickable when it is sent.

    Not sure – the email is sitting in my inbox after being received from the system. I contains four or five links and an email address. Appear to be ‘dead when I attempt to click on and access the links.

    Perhaps you have an email address I can forward it to for you to have a look at?
