I don’t understand why I keep getting this error. All the information is correct and still getting this error.

I have create a test product on my website so you guys can try it yourself. Also is there a way to create customers before charging or it does create customers in stripe automatically. I was using another strip plugin which had this option but unfortunately the plugin has not been updated since past few months and is now causing problems

    Here is the test product

    Hi there!

The best thing to do here is to test for conflicts:

    1. Temporarily switch your theme back to the [Twenty Sixteen](https://ww.wp.xz.cn/themes/twentysixteen/) Theme.
    2. Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce and Stripe.
    3. Test to see if the issue has been resolved.

If that resolves the issue, then slowly re-enable features until you find the one that’s causing the conflict.

The customers will only be created in Stripe if they are choosing to save their cards during the checkout process.

If they are already logged into an account or are creating a new account on your site, they will have a checkbox on the credit card form that says “Save to account“. If they do not check that box, a customer will not be saved in your Stripe dashboard.

    Hi Hannah,

I am having the same problem as taimurkhan.

I followed your instructions above and i still get “Could not find payment information”

    What should i do next?

    OK, Problem Solved.

Just in case there are any other complete newbies out there, my account with Stripe was not activated (thought it was), so go to:

    https://dashboard.stripe.com/account/details

and make sure everything is filled in.

    Best of luck.
