WEBP Support – Leverage browser caching

    Hi

    Thank you for the great plugin. I use this on all of my WP sites and now busy moving from Weebly to WordPress. My site is extremely image intensive.

    I have installed W3TC and was getting great score in GT Metrix etc.

    However, I recently changed jpg’s to webp’s. For some reason, browser caching is not working on any of my webp based images any more.

    Is there a setting that needs to be changed or is there no support for WEBP yet?

    Hey Ricardo,

    I must be honest, since the last time I checked, there has been no change.

    Have not had the time to investigate further as this is my busiest time fo the year. When I get a chance, I will report back.
