Email reports – exclude roles

    Hi,
    we need help with two things:

    ROLES EXCLUSION:
    – we have added this exclusion in the settings, see the screenshot: http://www.awesomescreenshot.com/image/2321629/a7bf44ab1beee3bfa09b356b684a01a2
    but our email reports still contain the users with Editor role, instead we want to exclude them. We want to have email reports only for below user roles.

    EMAIL REPORTS TRANSLATION:
    – some strings are translated inside the PO file for Italian, but they appear English in the email, some strings don’t exist at all inside the PO file. For example the words inside the table: “Visitor’s Username” or “Time on Site”. How can we translate them? Or is there the possibility to make an override of the email Html template?

    Hi @snap-shot,

    at this time neither function is supported in our add-on. At this time, we haven’t received any other requests to localize our premium add-ons, so that would not be high on our list of priorities. As for the other feature request, I will make sure to forward it to the developer for his consideration.

    Hi Jason,

    thanks for your feedback, in the meanwhile I have another question if I can post here..
    Inside the “User Overview” reports we get some strange data. I mean that the “Login Count” column shows 0 for many users that instead have the “Time on Site” for example of “8m 26s”. How can it happen?

    Hi,

    that can be explained by having users who are already logged in (so for example, they used the login screen last month, and then stayed logged in). They are visiting the website this month, and thus spending time on your website, and that’s why you see those numbers.
