Adding a third party widget, complete rookie needs help

I have a go fund me page that has a very nice widget (code is below) I cant figure out how to add it to my page. Tride am snippet plugin, ma text,m a button, even tryed the donation plugin itself however I cant get it to go straight to my go fund me page.
