    that’s normal @rodders29; ?custom-css=d407ef8d3f is not a static .css-file, but a file served through PHP-code. the solution is simple (and it will boost your site’s performance); go to wp-admin -> appearance -> customize -> additional CSS (added in WP 4.7 if I remember correctly) add the custom CSS there and deactivate the “custom css”-plugin 🙂
