Front End User Rules?

Hey there,

I just wondered if it is possible for a user to filter out a word on the front end whilst they are using the site.

e.g. if my site uses the word “Toast” a lot but the user finds that word offensive, then I’d like to give them the option to change “Toast” to another string that they are comfortable with.
