    I was asked to start a new thread for this by @alexgso.

    The site is using a child theme of Spacious 1.4.7 by ThemeGrill

    Plug ins in use:

    Black Studio TinyMCE Widget Version 2.4.2
    Page Builder by SiteOrigin Version 2.5.10
    SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle Version 1.9.6

    While loading the site sometimes I get Internal 500 errors – if I reload the page, once or twice, it loads correctly.

    I did a plug-in test; when I disabled the SiteOrigin plugins, the errors stopped.

    Did the standard 500 error fixes: Increased PHP memory, no change; replaced .htaccess, no change, reinstalled core files, no change, checked permissions, all correct.

    The most reproducible error, is that when I try to edit a page using PageBuilder, and open a SiteOrigin widget *or* a normal one, sometimes it loads correctly, most of the time I just get the spinning circle of doom.

    If I close and reopen the widget, same behaviour. Reload the page, sometimes it works, most of the time it doesn’t. Have tried with Safari and Chrome, same issues.

    When I check the Javascript Console log on my browser while attempting to edit it says:

    Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error) http://rescuemed.com.au/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php

    Disable siteOrigins Widget bundle, problem goes away. But I need to use the SO Widgets.

    Any advice?

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi uncouthmike,

    Can you please enable WP_DEBUG so we can see a full error message rather than the generic error message?

    Already done – hasn’t produced anything helpful that I can see. Here is what I’ve set in the wp-config.php file:

    define(‘WP_DEBUG’, true);
    define( ‘WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY’, true );
    @ini_set( ‘display_errors’, 0 );
    define( ‘WP_DEBUG_LOG’, true );
    define( ‘SCRIPT_DEBUG’, true);

    The only errors I get are here and nothing seems to be specifically triggered by the issue occurring. It’s just dead air.

    Hi uncouthmike,

    Is the Black Studio TinyMCE Widget active? If so, does this issue occur if this issue isn’t active?

    Just to confirm, this issue still occurs if only SiteOrigin Plugins are active and a default theme is enabled, right?

    This topic says resolved… but I can’t see any awnsers!!!
    I have the same issues!
    Please post the awnser?
