Hi i have set up a giveaway that’s working well the only problem is when I post the link to the giveaway on Facebook it comes up with a box that says ‘Unauthorised Access’ which is putting people off signing up. can you tell me how I can fix this please. thanks

Hi @nickyblue, than you for posting here. I am not sure why that is happening.
When I go to this facebook sharing debugger: https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/sharing/?q=http%3A%2F%2Fnickyblue.com%2Fgiveaway%2Ffive-terry-pratchett-discworld-novels-giveaway%2F

I see that the info is correct.

I’ve also tried sharing it and the title & description is correctly placed. Maybe in the moment of sharing it something happened to the server and Facebook couldn’t see?

Thanks Igor it happened 506 times when I posted the link and to other people posting as well so i’m not sure why it’s happening but the giveaway is working fine!

I’ll investigate it further on and test it also on my live site. I have now tested one which I hosted several months ago and everything worked out fine.
