    Been using your great plugin for years on client sites. A client contacted me today and mentioned the plugin was no longer working. I logged in and saw an admin message on the front end saying the Access Token was invalid.

    I tried getting a new one on the backend, but no matter what I try or do, when I click the button to get one I get the following error:

    {“error_type”: “OAuthForbiddenException”, “code”: 403, “error_message”: “You are not a sandbox user of this client”}

    I tried logging out of Instagram and clicking it, clicking it when already logged in etc, it’s the same error. Any clue how to fix this and why it just started doing this?

    Hey 61pixels,

    Is it possible that the feed you are trying to show recently changed from a public to private account? See if you can view the feed while logged out of Instagram.com on Instagram.com.

    Hey Craig, thanks. It definitely is a public feed. I was able to get around it as I noticed your “second option” and clicked your other tiny link to get one and that one worked just fine. No idea what happened, or why the button wouldn’t work, but it works again now.

    Glad you could get it working! We’ve had occasional users report that button doesn’t work for them. There are a variety of reasons this could be the case but usually the back up option of following the link works.

    Let me know if you have any more questions!
