When I load the page builder and try to drag a column in it doesn’t load. When I use a template, specifically the gallery one and I click save and publish, it doesn’t load at all except text. http://www.crowartist.com/art/gallery/

You site has js errors because your uploads folder is returning 403 errors.

Thanks for your quick reply Simon, how do I fix the upload errors? I’m quite new to all this.

It isnt an upload error.

Do you have a security plugin or something that might be blocking he browser from loading the js files?

Here is a link to one of your js files, click it you’ll see its 403 forbidden
http://www.crowartist.com/wp-content/uploads/bb-plugin/cache/265-layout.js

This is either folder permissions or a security plugin blocking it.

folder permissions look fine, I checked them on filezilla, I only have jetpack security plugin

Hey @crisscoula,

Can you check inside the uploads directory and see if there’s an htaccess file there? Your server/hosting is most likely blocking JS files from being accessed. Try renaming it if you find one and see if it helps. 🙂
