I apologize for the trouble, I’m seeing a couple of js errors on the site:

This could be a conflict, have you had trouble previously? Any new plugins or theme updates recently?
May I ask if you’ve already tried to trouble shoot by deactivating the theme and all the other plugins to check for a conflict?

I have cleared all those errors the only one that remains is envira-min.js:11 error perhaps this is the cause of the issue?
I haven’t had trouble previously or added any new plugins.
If I disable all plugins except for Gallery I get the following error on the Gallery page:

I have used this plugin with the same theme before and it’s work fine so not that I don’t think.

I apologize, that looks like it’s coming from the theme CEB_CREATEIVE_THEME?
If you deactivate the theme does Envira work as expected? If you would like to open up a ticket with support, I’d be happy to look at this closer for you.

Sorry for the delayed response. I have gone through the theme templates and I can’t see anything that would cause this. The site is quite basic in terms of functionality so I am not running any js in the header or footer.
I am using the free version so can I still open a ticket with you?

I think I have finally resolved the issue, It seemed to be this .js that was the cause of the problem <script src=”//code.jquery.com/jquery-2.1.4.min.js”></script>
I was using it to power a fading testimonial section. Once removed the gallery control worked fine.
It would be good if I could still use my fading testimonial function so if you can think of anyway round this issue that would be great.
