Hi,
Is there a setting in word press that I need to adjust?
As far as I know, there is no setting that is browser specific in WordPress.
In order to find out whether it’s an issue with WordPress, theme, or plugins.
You can use the following steps.
1) Clear any cache plugin’s cache content and disable your cache plugin’s caching.
2) Switch to any WordPress default theme, disable all your plugins and clear your browser history. If you are still having problem scrolling, then it’s very likely to be an WordPress issue. You can make a report at the following location.

3) If it’s not an issue with WordPress, you can enable your theme, but keep all plugins deactivated and clear your browser history. Check if your scroll bar is working properly. If not, it’s likely to be a theme problem, you can make a report to your theme’s developer for further investigation.
3) If it’s not an issue with your theme, than you can proceed to check which plugin is causing your issue, by enabling them one by one and clearing browser history. Do this until you find the plugin that’s causing your issue.
Thank you
when I use window explorer browser
What browser is that? If you’re using one of the older versions of Internet Explorer, it may not be able to handle the responsive nature of modern websites.

If it turns out to be an issue with your theme, you need to talk to the theme authors about this as commercial themes are not supported by ww.wp.xz.cn: http://catchthemes.com
Thank you for the replies. I am using Microsoft Edge 40.15063.674.0. Two of my colleagues are having the same issue. I doubt we are all using the same Microsoft browser. But I will check…..
