hi
try to create new Carousel and paste shortcode in the footer widget.
if any issue then add gallery shortcode in the temporary page so i can check for the problem.

*Apologies if this displays twice, the first time I submitted it I got an error and it didn’t post*
Hello again,
First and foremost, thank you for replying to us so promptly. We had to install a shortcode widget, because putting the shortcode directly into the footer was not an option, and adding an HTML field didn’t work either.
We saw that you added a footer section to your plugin’s widget, which is wonderful! Thank you very much. We have tried adding the shortcode using the shortcode widget plugin, and your plugin’s built-in footer option, and are pleased to say that both have successfully added an Instagram carousel to our footer.
Unfortunately, we have a new issue. The Instagram images are microscopic, despite the fact that the “Medium” size has been selected. We’ve tried moving the settings from “Medium” to “Small” and back to “Medium”–just in case, but to no avail. Will you be able to offer assistance and/or advice with this matter? Thank you in advance.
-Kind Regards
Hello,
may be its cache issue. or i have to check webpage for the problem.
Thank you for your prompt reply. We’ve already tried clearing the cache. Here is a link to the website…Anywhere.
you are using EightyDays Lite theme. and according to the theme code, there is only one footer widget and it will span only 1/4th of the total width.
so the quick fix is, goto:
Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS
and add the below CSS code there.
.footer-widgets .widget.col-md-3 {
width: 100%;
}
Success! Thank you so much for all of your assistance and prompt responses–we SINCERELY appreciate it. 😀
-Kind Regards & Happy Holidays,
