Depending on a few variables, some of the inputs are mandatory. Here you can find a full description of the feed requirements: https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/7052112?hl=nl

As you can see, “id” is required and “GTIN” “brand” and “mpn” are required under specific conditions. When you look at your feed, you can see there is no id given and the brand is only a comma.

So you need to add the correct data to your feed to get it accepted by Google.
