RSS Feed for Individual Posts

I’ve updated the templates to change the RSS feed links in the footer from wp-rss2.php to index.php?feed=rss2 for the posts and from wp-commentsrss2.php to index.php?feed=rss2&withcomments=1 for the comments per this article: http://mosquito.ww.wp.xz.cn/view.php?id=903

But the RSS 2.0 link for specific posts looks like this:

wp-commentsrss2.php?p=1847

and doesn’t appear to be including all comments for a post. Is there an index.php?feed=rss2&something version of this that I can modify single.php to use?

A post in question on my site is this:

http://www.countrykeepers.com/wp/?p=1847

It has 28 responses, but the last comment in the feed is more than two weeks old. Thanks.
