0.1-dev-20170511 does not send email codes

I never receive email codes.

When I roll back plugin to previous version Version: 0.1-dev-20170407 everything works.

Dear Plugin-Team,

first, thank you for these very useful plugin.

since 1-2 weeks i also don’t get the OTP after regular login. It’s not only one WP installation, it happens on all about 20 of my WP sites.

Thanks for reporting the issue!

Do you see any error messages? What other two-factor providers do you have enabled? Is that a multi-site or a regular WordPress install?

No other two factor.

Single install WP 4.7.4

oops…

no other errors.

And I checked Apache logs and turned on debug in WP, nothing showed up.

My installs are:
– all up-to-date
– all single installs
– no other two-factor plugins
– no visible errors

PS: A role back to version 0.1-dev-20170331 is working. It’s the latest version i found in my backups.
