 * I followed the instructions. 000webhost.com creates a subfolder public_html/<
   subdomain> for the subdomain, so when you access the subdomain you get the “Index
   of /”, empty folder, which is reasonable.
 * So… What now?

 * You have to change the location of the subdomain from public_html/<subdomain>
   to public_html

 * Something I can’t due since free 000webhost.com doesn’t support that. Oh well,
