 * What does that mean in the patch notes? Is “Legacy Checkout” the classic WC checkout
   page that uses `[woocommerce_checkout]` shortcode and not using the Checkout 
   block? It’s no longer supported?

 * I can understand your cocnern, That note means the **Legacy Checkout option**
   that previously existed in the **Stripe payment settings** (under WooCommerce
   → Settings → Payments → Stripe) has been removed.
 * In recent updates, Stripe has introduced a new payment form style that replaces
   the old “Legacy Checkout” experience (the previous payment form style).
