10002 error

I’ve seen that there are plenty of posts that report this error and the response is almost always for the user to check their API credentials.
Can anyone point me to where I can see these in my PayPal Business account?
When I connect the account via the plug in, the credentials are collected and filled in automatically, so I would assume these are alright. But no haw many times I reconnect I get this error when trying to pay using a credit card
