# #1491: watsonx Assistant response error

 * Hi,
   Unfortunately our Chatbot does not work anymore. In the log file the following
   error message gets displayed:
 * 1491: watsonx Assistant response error
   Then some code details incl. of the information“
   Resource not found” and “404”
 * We have not changed any settings for our bot since longer time, but in case I
   renew the saving of our Assistant Details and Service Credentials, I get the 
   following message displayed:
 * **Please ensure you entered a valid Assistant URL (404). Click here for debug
   information.****{ “error”: “Resource not found”, “code”: 404 }**
 * I copied the the Assistant URL once again from our IBM-Dashboard and inserted
   it into the wordpress plugin but no change – the same error message appears.
 * What can I do to repair the bot? Would be great if you could assist. Thank you
   very much in advance and best wishes
