 * Hi,
    The feed used to work perfectly, we didn’t change anything, and now it’s
   showing this error. It mentions a token, but everything looks fine.
 * Could you guide me?
 * Thank you

 * Hi [@bceei](https://wordpress.org/support/users/bceei/),
 * You will need to gain a new access token. Please clear the fields in your Feed
   Them > Facebook Options, clear the Page ID & Access Token Required fields, then
   scroll down and click the green ‘Save All Changes’ button.
 * Then click the Facebook Login and Get my Access Token banner, then click Edit
   Settings. (*Our developers have located the bug which will be addressed in the
   next update). For now, a workaround seems to be to “Select All” (or select 2
   or more FB accounts) in the Facebook login prompts and it should return the list
   proper. After it returns the list, click on your preferred page banner and then
   click the ‘Save’ button that appears. After that you should be able to generate
   a new shortcode.
 * Let us know how it goes

 * Hi,
 * This doesn’t work, I only have one Facebook page, and now I don’t seem to be
   able to create a new token. My page still doesn’t appear in the list, even when
   I tick « all pages ».

 * Hi [@bceei](https://wordpress.org/support/users/bceei/),
     Facebook has given
   us a little hiccup this past week, mostly with regards to any page that has recently
   changed it’s password. You may need to re-confirm your Admin Privileges for a
   given page before proceeding. Then, delete our app through your personal Facebook
   account. For deleting our app through Facebook, under your personal Facebook
   account, go to settings:
 * 1. Please login to your Facebook account and under the Business Integrations
   tab (within the Settings of your personal FB account), check the box for SlickRemix
   and then click the Remove button.
 * 2. Now, in your WordPress dashboard, return to the Feed Them > Facebook Options
   page of our plugin. To ensure a new token gets added, delete out the old token
   input fields and then go to the bottom of the page and click ‘Save All Changes’.
 * 3. After the page refreshes, click the button/banner to get a new Access Token(
   go through the prompts, where the Page should be listed, among the listed pages,
   choose “Select All” or select 2 or more pages) then, once returned, click on
   the Page of your choice and click the Save button that appears.
 * 4. From there you should be able to generate a new shortcode.
     5. Delete the
   cache from the Settings > Global Options tab of our plugin Feed Them and any
   other caching plugins you may have active.
 * 5. Refresh Page.
     Let us know if this helps.
 * Best regards,

 * I’m sorry, this still doesn’t work.
 * Step 1 and 2 done.
 * Step 3; I only have one page so it’s listed, I click on select all. But once
   returned, I don’t see my page listed and so there is no short code I can generate.
 * I would love to send you a print screen if this helps.

 * Hi [@bceei](https://wordpress.org/support/users/bceei/),
 * Facebook was having an issue in regards to their API. This issue has been resolved
   by Facebook. I would suggest deleting our plugin, and re-installing.
 * Try again to gain your Facebook access token. It’s possible that, on return from
   the prompts, you may see an error message along with your page listed, if so,
   disregard the error message, click on your page banner and then click Save.
 * From there you should be able to generate a new shortcode from the Feed Them
   > Settings page.
