Getting the same error, the plugin is definitely broken. I’m on the latest version of WordPress (4.6.1).

For now, please revert SJB to its previous version 2.3.2.

Not all users getting the above mentioned error. So, we are updating file in trunk directory.
Please download the class-simple-job-board-settings-appearance.php file from the following link:
https://plugins.trac.ww.wp.xz.cn/browser/simple-job-board/trunk/admin/settings?rev=1544486
and replace it with:
simple-job-board/admin/settings/simple-job-board-settings-appearance.php
Please update us ASAP either this resolves your issue or not. So that we’ll make it live within next few hours.

Updated the file and now I am getting:

We have updated trunk directory again as these errors are not producing at our end.
Please download all the files from the following link and replace them into simple-job-board/admin/settings directory:
