As it is more like a theme conflict. If you could share your active theme file as a zip that would be really helpful to debug the issue. You can zip the theme directory(Child theme too if any) and share via this link.
Also, it would be helpful if you could provide your WooCommerce System Status Report. You can generate this report by navigating to WooCommerce > Status > Get system status report and then copy and share it along with the theme files. This information will allow us to better understand your system environment.

Thank you for providing the necessary details to help us investigate the issue further.
Upon a thorough review, we identified that the Betheme builder is responsible for adding the related products widget and controlling its display on the product page. Unfortunately, this setup prevents us from integrating our slider directly into this custom builder widget, as it overrides the default functionality.
That said, we also noticed that related products added through Product Page > Linked Products in WooCommerce are displaying as expected. These related products dynamically change with each page refresh, adhering to the default WooCommerce functionality.
