 * what do you guys think about two installed caching plugins? Could they hinder
   each other or even kill my wordpress installation?
 * I have your autooptimize + ZenCache installed. The performance is good but I’m
   not sure if this configuration is healthy for my system.

 * Zencache (the free version) and Autoptimize are complementary, really, with ZC
   doing page caching and AO CSS/JS optimization, so that is healthy. ZC pro seems
   to also have CSS/JS optimization, so that could hinder AO.
