2 Errors while testing it

I was testing it and saw 2 issues

1- I started a funnel, on the Form, I added Phone number too.

Now when I set an Admin Notification, The email which comes to Admin is showing the phone number but not the First/Last Name from the Form.

Also, on the admin Notification email, when I click on the link to manage the Client, the first and last name was not showing on the client’s profile. (If I add the option of create an account)
