    I’m not understanding exactly what do you want to achieve.
    Can you provide a mockup image of the desired menus?

    On Link u can see what i mean.

    I have 2 Logos in 1 Picure, is there any option to insert this 2 Logos Separately in the menu-Bar so i can link the first one to the Start Page and the second to my subDomain.

    I hope u know now what i mean.

    Thanks. The only way that I’m seeing it is for you to use the Right menu as the second logo.

    Enable the right menu and select the 2nd logo as a menu image, and set it to open the desired page, probably it will need some CSS adjustments but let me know when you have done it so I can have a look.
