# 2 problems

* I am testing this plugin and have 2 problems.
* 1st problem: Tried testing getting rates from Canada to U.S. and get this error:

/rs/ship/price: cvc-particle 3.1: in element {http://www.canadapost.ca/ws/ship/rate-v4}united-states with anonymous type, found (in namespace http://www.canadapost.ca/ws/ship/rate-v4), but next item should be {http://www.canadapost.ca/ws/ship/rate-v4}zip-code
```
* 2nd problem: This started after the last update. Using 3 decimal paces for weight
no longer works. Using 2 decimal points works fine. Error returned using 3 decimal
points is:

/rs/ship/price: cvc-simple-type 1: element {http://www.canadapost.ca/ws/ship/rate-v4}weight is not a valid instance of the element type. Value is '0'
```

Thank you for bringing
your concerns to our attention.
* The issue with the zip code for US package seems to be a bug in the plugin. I
forwarded it to our developer team for further investigation. I will post an
update here once I receive an answer.
* When it comes to the second problem – what is the weight of the product in the
cart? This message is visible when the weight is rounded to 0, so when it’s 0,004
kg or less.

* The weight I use is .001 kg. I did some more testing this morning and it seems
the software ignores the weight (doesn’t even seem to add them together for multiple
products) until I set it to .005 kg.
* What I did:
* Set quantity to 100. Set weight to .001. Got the same “Value is 0” error. Same
error using the 100 quantity with weights from .002 – .004. Set weight to .005
and it returns shipping weights.

the additional information.
* First, let me share an update on the US shipping issue. Indeed there is a bug
in our plugin. Thank you for finding it! The fix is already prepared, it’s currently
in testing.
* Regarding the weight rounding, we need to take a closer look at the issue. I
kindly ask you for a bit of patience. I’ll keep you posted.
