I can’t switch themes and i tried everything, please help

The only themes present in the theme folder are the default themes.

Don’t worry, you’ll get there.

There are only the default themes in your theme directory. Wherever the themes you uploaded went, they did not land in your themes directory. Use an FTP client, ( you have already used FileZilla, so it should be a piece of cake), and upload your themes ( after you unzip them of course ), to your themes directory;

You should then be able to select your new theme in the WordPress admin panel.
