You can achieve that by modifying PHP file “\wp-content\plugins\import-eventbrite-events\templates\event-meta.php”.

Will these changes be overwritten if i update the plugin? and will That change the edit post page which also reflects AM/PM time?

Yes, those changes will be overwritten if you update the plugin. given PHP file is for single event details page. because we are not displaying time on event archive.
