Define the hyperlink that is loaded when a contributor logs in

Hello,

Would you know if there is a way to decide where contributor-level users will be taken when they log into my blog ?

I don’t see why a draft wannabe-poster should be shown an admin dashboard. I want him to open directly the “new post” page when he logs in, and – ideally – the URL of my choice, with a few more parameters into the URL (for instance, a parameter telling wordpress to load a posting template)…

I don’t know how to do that, but maybe you do ?
