# 2FA

 * I have enabled 2FA for subscriber role, but the options do not appear at the 
   users profile.
 * I do NOT have any IP whitelisted as was the problem in another thread. Still 
   it does not show up. What can be the problem?

 * I have the pro version and it is not working for us. How can we get that resolved?
   The issue is rather urgent. I set it up as roles and as individuals. i also set
   up a secong user as a contributer and tried to login under that. It did not ask
   for verification
 * setting are as follows
 * User roles
    Always enabled for all roles except admin (grayed out, but most important
   ones for 2FA) Individual users (only admins plus contributer which was added 
   per documentation for Two-Factor Authentication for WordPress)
 * Always enabled and email field completed.

 * Please note: before you can enable 2FA for administrators’ accounts, you have
   to complete one successful login with 2FA enabled for any other role on the website.
