    Hi,

    I try to log into the WordFence website and after entering Authenticator code I get the following error.
    “CODE INVALID: The 2FA code provided is either expired or invalid. Please try again.”
    I have checked server and app time zones are identical.
    I have removed from Authenticator and re-installed via QR code scan from WordFence section of our website.
    Have re-activated successfully with Authenticator code in Activate box of website Login Security page.

    When I then again try to log into WordFence site, it again fails with the same error.
    At a loss.

    Can you please send diagnostics over to wftest at wordfence dot com and include your forum name in the 2nd field (Wordfence > Tools > Diagnostics > Send Report by Email).

    Do you have any other login-related plugins currently? Are you using the default login page to log in at the moment?

    Hi,

    I have sent the diagnostic test as requested.

    Just to confirm, I am having the 2FA issue getting into your WordFence site account, not the WordPress site.

    Thanks for confirming.

    Can you please send over your Wordfence.com username/email address in the subject line of the email I sent previously (wftest @ wordfence dot com). Ideally, please send that email from the same account you used to register the Wordfence.com account.

    I will take a look at that for you.
